One System, Global Distribution
Gone are the days of updating inventory in many different locations. The Hotelogy CRS solution, allows you to update one set of inventory, in one location that in turn then updates all of the GDS and IDS channels.
2 Way PMS Integration
The Hotelogy CRS solution, can automatically add reservations into your property management system, using our 2 way interface. Availability is also updated in our CRS automatically. This narrows down the chance of overbooking, human error and above all saves time, with you only having to update your availability in your own PMS system.
IDS Connectivity
The CRS also connects to consumer reservations and hotel websites (IDS channels) that are powered by the Pegasus switch, such as Expedia, Travelocity, Booking.com and Orbitz.
Online Website Reservations
Using our GDS services, we can provide you with a real time reservations and online booking solution for your own hotel website.
Costs & Fees
Setup costs and fees vary from property to property and are fully dependent on the number of rooms in your hotel, location and whether or not your hotel is affiliated with or part of a chain. Typical transaction fees start at 8% per booking, plus the travel agent commission, with extra fees per transaction for the 2 way PMS interface.
